Little Yellow Birds

A couple of days of warmer weather and things have started to happen.  A few of these shots are lousy, but they will have to do as placeholders since some birds are uncommon.  I promise not to post too many more photos of Yellow-rumped Warblers after this...

It was overcast and wet for much of the day, but during a break in the rain I found this guy in my neighbors yard

Hermit Thrush

The next day, I went to Evergreen Cemetery in Portland to chase a Hooded Warbler.  It wasn't there, but this Blue-winged Warbler was, my 2nd Lifer of the week!  Quite a few people got on it.

Frustrated by the paucity of birds at Evergreen, I swung by Pond Cove on my way home and hit the motherload.
