Dead goose at Kettle Cove

After 2 weeks of single digit temps, with nights 10 to 20 below zero, it was not surprising to find some dead birds.  At Kettle Cove I discovered something I had never seen before; crystal clear water covering the ice encrusted rocks of lower tides.  Beautiful colors in bright morning light.
